熱量攝取問題 - 健身

最近遇到一個問題
假設我一天的目標熱量是1540kcal(每週減0.5kg經由程式計算出來的)
BMR是1514kcal

問題1:所以是不是應該食品的部分減掉運動消耗的後至少要大於1514呢?
問題2:如果有氧消耗的熱量建議由哪一種營養素補充呢
