目前我的飲食是幾乎不碰麵飯類型碳水化合物
糖類飲料全禁
但就是照傳統減肥法這樣控制飲食
只吃瘦肉跟蛋白質原型食物(雞胸肉魚肉那類)
還有青菜
但我會吃水果(碳水化合物)
一天餐數不定(2到3)
但一天總熱量控制在7-800以下
運動一個禮拜兩天游泳各1000公尺
跟不定時自體仰臥起坐伏地挺身,腹部核心肌群訓練運動
最近看了很多生酮的影片
因為我是很愛吃肉跟起司的人
請問我是不是可以轉成生酮飲食法減肥呢
如果改變減肥法,
我自己家有半自動咖啡機可以自己做防彈(有必要嗎)
也懂料理會自己煮,我也愛吃鮭魚秋刀魚(魚類都愛)
內臟類只喜歡吃雞睪丸粉腸跟雞肝還有豬腦==
我唯一討厭的是三層肉那種肥肉,我會覺得很噁
我現在這種控制傳統減肥法要轉生酮
是不是戒掉所有高糖水果,改吃油脂多的原型食物就可以了呢
