舉重競賽應該戴護齒,除了減少牙齒磨損
也減少顳顎關節、咀嚼肌問題。
如果是一般重訓都沒有任何不舒服,不一定需要
如果是追求極限,常常牙齒在用力時咬緊或有不適
建議戴,一般護齒就夠,不一定要客製化貴的。不想花錢咬毛巾也是個方式。
