本來小弟都用槓鈴前蹲
但是柔軟度不好,沒辦法蹲得很順利(不舒服)
一度"放棄"前蹲這個項目...
結果我看了這部影片,似乎又看到一絲希望
真心建議 買個地雷管搭配槓鈴使用

個人用地雷管練前蹲的感想是
1.不會有卡前三角或鎖骨的問題
2.核心強度如果不足,地雷管可以避免身體前傾的受傷風險
3.上推的瞬間順便練肩膀
另外

各位都是先練前蹲還是先練深蹲呢??
順序前後對訓練效果有差嗎??
