美背線條? - 健身

各位大大好
想請問一下
在後背脊椎的地方有凹陷線條
那條線有名稱嗎?
(ex:馬甲線、腰窩這種大家講出來就知道的)
因為我去估狗脊椎線、脊凹...都找不到囧
關鍵字要打美背、背部線條才找得到
但感覺很不明確.....
這種線條有沒有辦法練得更明顯?
還是本來就有,只是基因問題?
因為我看有些人的會延伸到上背
但像我就只在內衣下方看得到而已
還是...是體脂問題囧?

如果想練成右圖那樣 該怎麼做呢?

個人資料 171/62 女
平時有重訓的習慣
這個線條是最近才發現的
而且腰挺越直 越出力 凹陷越深越明顯
所以我不太確定是瘦就有還是要有一定的肌肉量?
近期有多增加俯背挺身的訓練量 不知道是不是這個緣故?
