其實健身房真的應該要分區
當然也不用分太細
就大概就好
不然強的被弱的占用
弱的被強的嚇跑
以下給館長看
1.高手區 :整套龍門架*5 啞鈴全套*5
2.中手區 :龍門架*2 機械式全部*1 啞鈴全套*5
3.新手區 :機械式全部*1 龍門架全套*1
然後中間都要隔開
不過不限去哪裡
這樣就能有效控管品質了 Q
