各位大大好
我因為剛考上大學 又考慮參加系上的籃球隊 所以想做重訓(自認自己耐力 爆發力都不行
啊)
身高183.9cm 體重70.6kg 體脂率大概20%左右(有段時間沒量過)
因為學校有提供健身房 想說蠻方便而且價格也蠻優惠的 趁這個機會鍛鍊一下自己
主要想練下半身肌力 跟降低體脂率
一星期大概會有三天的時間可以練重訓
想問板上各位大大 要如何設計自己的訓練菜單 還有如何控制飲食@@
