網路上有文章說
肌肉成長 不能做過多的有氧運動
ㄧ周1-2次?
可是我重訓前都會跑個10-20分鐘 當做熱身..
沒重訓時都純有氧
應該都超過2次了
但我看那些身體結實的 動不動就跑半馬 全馬
感覺唬爛成分居多...?
