在疫情期間不像承平時期運動量大
所以維持住肌肉量靠吃是關鍵
而且在去賣場或是傳統市場的頻率減少的狀況下
小弟我就減少了一些不易保存食物的購買量(例如雞胸肉、蛋)
而且在家少動
取代的東西就是泡麵、快煮麵外送等高熱量的東西
請問各位疫情期間有這種轉變嗎?
又請問那些食物是熱量少且比較建議在疫情期間大量購買的
