可以做stronglifts 5x5
有幾位影片中說道 專注做compound movements
Don't fucking do isolation exercises wasting your time man
我做5x5外也有做三頭跟二頭的 因為最想要有較粗壯手臂先
為啥他們都說浪費時間呢 是因為compound movements 同時動較多個肌肉
而單獨做三頭二頭也是能變壯只是花時間比較多是這樣嗎
