瘦到看到肋骨肚子卻很大 - 健身

大家好,肚子很大這件事一直為本人煩惱,我很久沒量體脂了所以不知道多少。
但有看到肋骨應該是已經很瘦了,為什麼肚子還會很大?
我重訓的時間大概都一個小時多
所以要有氧勢必就要捨棄重訓
因為時間沒有那麼多
那請問一週4天運動要怎麽排呢?
三天重訓一天有氧嗎?
這樣會有明顯降體脂的效果嗎?
吃飯早餐都吃蛋餅或燒餅加蛋配牛奶麥片
中午跟晚上都吃一份便當
運動完吃兩片消化餅加無糖豆漿
那請問我要減脂又要增肌熱量要吃多少?
這樣的份量是剛好的嗎?

請為什麼一樣得人肚子會差這麼多
跟消化有差嗎?
通常都是早上跟運動完最瘦
而早上喝一杯水之後就會漲成下圖
到底發生什麼事...
