想請問各位有推薦吃那方面的食物
對於想增肥有幫助的?
還有增肥過程中持續重訓會影響嗎?
目前178/62 平時有做啞鈴臥推
希望可以再多5-7kg
平常也很努力吃 頂多剛吃飽有到65kg
過一小時又變成62
是不是整個腸胃打掉重練比較快!
