如題,爬文後發現跳繩可以幫忙減脂
雖然本身是屬於吃不胖的體質,但是隨著年紀增長..
發現脂肪很容易堆積在肚子上...
其實平常都有保持運動的習慣..但是問題來了..
我在鐵克網上看到這篇文章..

重點就是瘦的人最好少參加長跑籃球等運動項目..
因為最近有在健身增肌增重..所以想找個替代方案...
發現跳繩是個不錯的選擇..只是不知道會不會愈練愈瘦??
