我的問題:這是消耗到"那些年的肥油"多呢?還是肌肉呢?
實在很懶 天天執行無聊的慢跑
所以喜歡周末就去單攻 百岳北大武
上攀到喜多歷斷崖 重裝15kg 大約4Hr
途中休息總時間不超過20min
吃香蕉補充熱量
最快心跳是167/min (對錶計算)
下山大約5 Hr (下山很困難 )
排除汗水因素
體重計測量下降 1 ~ 1.5 kg
