十月多跟同事約好一群人要去登山,但這算是第一次爬
想趁這段時間先加強一下訓練,怕到時要是讓所有人等我會有點丟臉...(有妹紙
這幾天去World Gym時都會額外讓自己多跑個40分鐘的跑步機
想說可以靠有氧鍛鍊一下心肺
但還想問問,如果要登山是不是要鍛鍊腿?
除了腿外還有什麼還有什麼地方該加強的?
目前有著重下半身一週會練到兩次,主要是深蹲、腿踢(練股四頭那台)、Lounge
不知道還可以做什麼加強呢?
