三餐內容
早餐:三明治一個or薯餅漢堡 無飲料
午餐:100g15元的便當 約40元 便當一格菜 一格豬耳朵 藍帶豬排一個
其中白飯約1.5碗的份量
晚餐:同上
其他:水果一星期吃三次左右/一天偶而吃一些小糖果(可樂糖x3)
日常作息時間:12點睡8點醒
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:星期一三五腳踏車六十分鐘,等級五,心跳率約135左右,轉速65左右
星期二游泳20分鐘,星期四系排一個晚上,星期三五下午/星期六早上打系壘。
我的問題:不知道六個月想要瘦八公斤會不會太貪心...?
