體脂率:19.5%
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:通常都是桂格燕麥、奶粉與阿華田沖泡一包+麵包(偶爾優若乳)
午餐:帶便當(白飯、菜、肉)、假日則隨女友而定(真糟糕)
晚餐:1.同上(平日+假日)
其他:我不太愛吃零食,我比較喜歡吃正餐
日常作息時間:晚上大約11點間就寢,早上七點會自動醒來
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:1.每天溜狗60分鐘,心跳數約100~140左右
2.一週2次健身房 120分鐘,心跳數??
我的問題:我享受到62KG 不然穿褲子很難看
減10KG用4個月會太快嗎?
是不是能修改的菜單只有跟女友的特殊飲食呢?
