大家好! 我是女生,重訓快滿兩年時間...
剛開始是為了減肥,到現在已經變成習慣上癮不練不行啦!!~~

最近幾個月突然發現,右手從上臂開始爆青筋,而且是整天都這樣(先附圖!!)

剛開始不以為意,想說重訓完後會冒青筋很正常,直到發現它無時無刻都在
左手臂也有但比較不明顯,問了帶我練的同事,他說體脂低就會冒!
頓時有種開心感!!?? 難不成真的是晚餐有乖乖吃地瓜的關係!!
好一陣子沒去量inbody,上次量是今年2月 19.X%,但總覺得是快樂錶@@

最近考慮要再去量看看!!! 其實我只是想來分享一下我居然也能爆筋的快樂感XDD
因為我覺得爆筋還蠻好看的XD 雖然有同事說很可怕~~~
然後大力建議女生重訓~~~~
