小弟的身高177体重85公斤,最近都用跑步的方式來減肥,感覺胸部跟肚子有明顯的變小
家人跟朋友都說我看起來有變瘦了,但我的体重都一直沒下降???見鬼了!!!
而且最近明明晚餐有吃飽,但過了9點之後就開始餓了!!
有沒有高手解答一下這是怎麼一回事???
