大家好,
我是男生,171cm,
從16天前開始,每天都騎x-bike 60分鐘,
重量大概設定在2-3, RPM都維持在100-110, 心跳也維持在>120/min
此外,每隔一天我還會拿4kg的啞鈴做一些手臂簡單的重量訓練
時間大概在半小時左右
攝取的食物也只有三餐而已,沒有吃宵夜,也沒有喝含糖飲料
這16天下來,我自己有感覺到身體的肥油有變少,肚子有變小,
鏡子也看得出來有變瘦,手臂和胸部摸起來也比之前結實很多
但是今天早上去量體重,體重竟然增加了兩公斤......來到了90公斤.......
難道增加的肌肉重量比消失的脂肪還多了兩公斤嗎 @@
還是我哪裡做錯了嗎?? ><
希望各位前輩多多指導.....
