: 常常看到說不要喝冷水,不過我幾年前看的運動生理學書本是建議運動後要喝冷水,

: 提到的水溫從7度、8~12度、十幾度都有,優點在那些文章裡都有寫。
: 所以不喝冰水是為了什麼?
: 至於喝同樣份量的水慢慢喝跟用灌的有差別嗎?
: 如果說會因為喝太多水導致體液失衡,我想那是水量問題不是快慢問題,
: 300cc的水10秒喝完跟一分鐘喝完能有多大差別?一分鐘之後那些水同樣全都在胃裡。
運動之後,人體會流汗,目的是為了散熱
其中最需要散熱的是心臟
但突然的冷飲,會使得人體因為局部的冷卻
造成以為已經完成散熱的工作,而快速停止散熱
這時最容易受傷的,就是心臟(散熱不完全)
所以當劇烈運動後,突然喝大量的冰水,會讓人快速就停止大量排汗
就是身體快速停止了持續散熱的機制
再者,一口氣大量快速的冷水,會造成胃的受傷
造成胃受寒
胃受寒時,多半人體沒有感覺,但累積多了,久了
不發病則已,一發病就很嚴重了
很多人胃的問題,其實就是在長時間不當飲用冰、過冷的水或飲料
人在熱時,會想喝冰、涼的東西這也是很正常的(因為想散熱)
所以在喝時,放慢速度、讓它在口中溫度上升後,再慢慢吞下去
適切的處理,就可以避開傷害,或是把傷害降到最低
其實,真的想要好好讓身體散熱,溫開水反而比較有用(多試幾次就知道)
