想請問,睡前重訓,會導致隔天水腫,然後肌肉比較沒力嗎?(或比較沒精神)
我做的是啞鈴,練上臂內側的肌肉,還有躺著平舉起練胸肌,跟沒有全起的仰臥起坐
(練腹肌)
