短跑腿軟 - 健身

過去幾年運動大多是重訓,跑步機...頂多去河濱公園騎單車
最近有些需要短跑衝刺的場合..
發覺用9~10成力起步時會瞬間腿軟 (腿彎曲 身體往下沉)
然後重心不穩往前仆....
慢慢加速就還算正常...
請問這要加強那部份的肌肉才能解決?
高中沒固定在運動,100m 有12.8~12.9
這一兩年維持規律運動, 身高體重跟高中沒差太多
174/72 體脂19~20
