BMI:39.3 (兩周前 40.6)

三餐內容
早餐:菜包(or 肉包)+無糖豆漿240 c.c.
午餐:魯雞腿便當 內含 魯棒腿 1隻
白飯 1份(?)
青菜+豆類 3格

晚餐:基本上以素食為主
白飯 1碗(之後將減至半碗)
滷豆腐 1塊
燙青菜 1份(不做任何調味)
蘿蔔湯 1碗
其他:(可免填)
早上和下午若會肚子餓或嘴饞會吃水果 一天下來 一份為限
有時會喝一杯清心的無糖綠茶
日常作息時間:
睡覺時間約1:00-8:00左右
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
踩x-bike 40-60分鐘以上

每天兩種至少會選一種 若時間夠的話會兩個都做或x-bike時間拉長
但到後面腳都很酸 就會踩的非常慢 = =
我的問題:
先附上個人生化檢驗表 http://i.imgur.com/fLNl5.jpg
本身的血糖偏高 醫生腳告說飯前血糖若超過124就算糖尿病
我有點接近 = =
血壓、尿酸也偏高
三酸甘油酯和膽固醇我都不會超標
但沒想到膽固醇有分好壞
我的壞膽固醇也高
我這樣吃 OK嗎? 還是有更好的吃法 可以減重 又可兼顧到這些數據
另外大家說運動要有氧+重訓
本身的運動是否足夠?
另外重訓的部分
本身是學生 經濟能力不適很優渥 又在雲林地區
也沒辦法上健身房
平常在家裡(學生小套房,空間就只能站立不動)怎麼做重訓會比較好呢?
還有這樣的飲食 運動等 有無特別建議或要修改的地方?
