當我們在做硬舉時,手握法對於運動的表現有大大的相關性每種握法都有不同的優點或缺點

正握(雙手背朝前面)
優點:容易上手適合新手
缺點:前臂容易疲勞,且容易滑掉
正反握(雙手相反握)
優點:可防止槓鈴滑落,且前臂負荷較小
缺點:容易傷到二頭肌
勾握(把大拇指藏進拳頭內)
優點:可以舉更重重量!!!
缺點:大拇指會超級無敵痛,且難上手
