我目前覺得第一下有變兩段式硬舉,但這是我一直以來的問題,第一下都會變兩段式。
今天學校一個外聘的舉重教練跟我說是我腿不知道怎麼往上頂,然後讓我做預備姿勢,把
手按在我大腿上往下壓,我自己覺得有點像之前在別的地方用六角槓的感覺,但還是不太
知道平常要怎麼練習。
想請問還有沒有其它改進的建議?
