硬舉握力問題 - 健身

各位E奶 大肌肌們好,
小弟有個問題想請教一下,
最近在硬舉 約90%重量 (115 kg) 時
發現握不太起來 導致姿勢有點跑掉
正常是腰腿同時起
阿我握不住的時候變成腿先直後身體打直
有點羅馬尼亞硬舉的感覺
想請教幾個問題
1. 是我握力不夠導致姿勢不良 還是我就只是單純的姿勢不良 握力啥的只是藉口?
2. 由於我現在訓練計畫是5x5 想請教各位大大是否先降重量調整比較好 還是找一天多練習一下相關動作 (如握力 輕重量硬舉等等)?
