最近終於收到Nike R2
今天嘗試穿著R2做硬舉
事前已經大概知道這樣會比較針對腿後側
(有錯請糾正,謝謝)
可是嘗試幾次並且檢查影片之後
覺得動作整個卡卡怪到一個不行
槓貼著脛骨上來,反而變成槓起始位置沒有在肩膀正下方
之前穿Metcon3是沒有發生這種狀況

是否應該在硬舉時穿回Metcon3呢!?
還是整個臀位可以再往更下!?
