最近拜讀中正杯亞軍大大的文
才接觸到碳循環飲食的知識
小弟169/69 體脂 19%
目前還處於減脂期內
課表是 一週七天
腿(高碳) > 有氧+hiit(無碳)
>胸(低碳)>有氧+hiit(低碳)
>背(高碳)>手(低碳)
>休息or有氧(無碳)
註:有氧+tabata之後會接腹肌訓練
想請問的是
在低碳跟無碳日的時候
蛋白質的攝取要特別注意熱量嗎?
因為無碳日時容易餓 如果要很注意熱量
常常會吃不飽影響生活作息
不知道低無碳時是否還是要堅持赤字
