原po說她們是算飲食比例,70%脂肪、25%蛋白質,5%碳水。
以我上週平均熱量消耗換算,相當於:
脂肪2240大卡,249克
蛋白質800大卡,200克
碳水160大卡,40克
這樣的飲食內容應該不能算「生酮飲食」,但應該能驗出酮體,但是蛋白質攝取量達到3g
/kg以上,健康風險頗高。
而且,seafood 向來要信徒們蛋白質吃1g/kg好,以免GNG造成破酮,所以這樣應該不符合
原po飲食規範。
那改用seafood 教育版,碳水50以下,蛋白質1g/kg來計算一下:
碳水50g,200大卡
蛋白質65g,260大卡
脂肪 3200-460=2740大卡,305克
這樣C:P:F的比例是6%:8%;86%
比例看來是ok,但是脂肪人體每小時大概吸收大約12克,一天能從脂肪吸收的熱量約2600
大卡,2740已經超過了,看來還是得吃身上的脂肪,對於體重偏輕的人,行嗎?
