高碳天我安排了3天 碳水50% 蛋白質40% 脂肪10%
低碳天則是4天 碳水20% 蛋白質35% 脂肪45%
高碳天2500卡 低碳天1625卡
一三五為高碳 二四六日為低碳
我的BMR 1577
TDEE 2300-2400
我比較想請問各位巨巨低碳天的營養分配是否可行
還可以如何改善呢
