有沒有帶護膝,個人是覺得有差,在爬樓梯時,一開始沒戴,中期有戴,有幾次
忘記帶時,就會覺得怪怪的。戴護膝後,爬樓梯會變得比較吃力,但之後沒戴的話
就會覺得少了什麼東西穩定。我想你戴一段時間後,再不戴試一下,應該可以感受
得到差異。
如果是爬樓梯,個人就會強烈建議要戴。
不過有朋友跟我說,護膝的效果。不如脛骨帶好。
至於脛骨帶是什麼……,固的,我不知道,因為我還沒用過。本來要買,不過後來改
騎健身車,覺得對於膝蓋的壓力沒這麼大,就沒有去試了。
這部分有勞專業人士解惑了。
