第一次頭暈... - 健身

大家好,我第一次在這詢問,包含我現在正在打字,都在頭暈的狀況...目前持續2小時。
我健身資歷4年左右,平常只在維持,不突破,重量不重。
但要說今天的狀況...
我下午2點吃完中餐,六點開始第一組臥推。
2點到6點,這中間只有喝一點水(大概300cc)
在還沒開始做之前一切正常。
六點十分第一組熱身的臥推,沒有重量,空槓20kg。
正常呼吸,推吸收吐,做了15下,速度普通。
一做完,一般的起身速度起來,突然頭很晃。
開始覺得頭暈想吐(想吐沒那麼嚴重)
只要我把頭低下就會極度暈眩。
在健身房外頭沙發坐著一小時,吃了巧克力可頌,450ml的牛奶,還有100公克的巧克力球
。
照理說如果是能量的問題,應該在吃完這些東西30到45分症狀就會減輕,但我還是一樣...
然後我就回家,沖熱水澡,沖澡前吃了一匙大概100克的白砂糖。
就到現在。
(文章打到這還是在暈,但只要我不到處擺動頭部就不會有很誇張的暈眩)
我躺下會暈眩,接近喝醉酒的暈,但會想吐及不舒服。
查了一下,感覺也不太可能是努責現象,但不知道也是不是...
有人可以幫助我嗎?
我現在坐在床上都還在暈,只能坐著,不能靠牆坐跟躺著...
