現代人什麼都講求快
尤其工作壓力大
常常只想快點把食物吃完繼續手邊的工作
不知不覺就吃入了過量的食物
因此常看到有人建議把食物放進嘴裡後
在嘴裡細嚼慢嚥20下才吞下去
使腦中的飽足中樞受到刺激 容易得到飽足感
我的疑問是...如果只是要把眼前這個便當吃完 沒有額外的食物
有沒有細嚼慢嚥有差嗎?
也就是說你吃進去的總熱量是固定的
但是十分鐘狼吞虎嚥吃完 跟花30分鐘(每口都咬20下)的吃完 有沒有差別?
