板上各位高手好
這是幫我弟弟發問
他很喜歡打籃球 所以很努力在練習跳躍能力 希望可以漂亮灌籃
他的練習方法比較土法煉鋼
就是每天花兩個小時
(不誇張 真的是每天 之前沒綁鉛塊練了八個月 綁鉛塊大概三個月了)
先熱身 等全身流汗後 開始蛙跳 來回衝刺 跳繩 跳高彈
35公分高台上下跳... 等等 還會去跑步 一次都11公里起跳
除了跑步 幾乎都會綁著鉛塊
剛剛爬過文 似乎這是非常傷身的方法
(不過目前他還沒有出現什麼問題 真是萬幸)
但 現在的問題是
弟弟覺得已經練到鉛塊綁在腳上都沒什麼感覺了
卻還是沒有什麼進步 (還是跳不高)
請問板上的高手
我弟弟的訓練方法是否有誤 又該如何更正呢
他不怕辛苦 但希望能有真正有效可以跳很高的方法
