看到上一篇po文的問題其實跟我有點像
但我主要是想問我的贅皮是不是該專注核心運動唯一解?
背景介紹:
大概從2019/3開始從66公斤左右,體脂未知的狀況下減肥
現在是49-50之間浮動
三級警戒前的inbody,體脂21.3%

我本來也是頗滿足現況

但自從不能去健身房就開始居家練核心,
發現我平板支撐或棒式時,會這樣

明明inbody腹部脂肪正常但還是掉一塊,
還是那就是脂肪也不是皮XD
是不是唯一解就是繼續練核心?

補充一下可能會被問的飲食:
吃東西週一到週五不吃炸不喝含糖飲料,
大概早餐是這樣,現在沒喝乳清改成無糖豆漿,或者乾脆黑咖啡

午餐

晚餐通常是長得跟午餐一樣但沒有飯,一週會有三天下午吃水果,
份量通常是兩顆奇異果or一碗櫻桃or一顆桃子
(
但目前沒有考慮戒水果)
原則上所有吃的東西會在早上10點-晚上6點前吃掉,有時候拖到7點
六日就是一天一餐,沒飲控,但抓不超過1800的攝入熱量
