練哪個部位看起來比較壯呢? - 健身

小弟練健身大概有幾個月了
體質不佳看起來並不是很壯
有爬文的我想當然也知道肌肉是需要慢慢來的
但是我想要讓自己看起來比較壯一點 或者說是有線條(穿無袖的衣服時)
當然其他的部位還是照做囉 不過我想整隻手臂 應該都是要練的
我想練肩膀 就是手臂上面那一塊 肩膀的兩側 (不知道那叫什麼肌XD)
應該算是整塊三角吧
除了再健身房一個星期會練2次
我想在家有時可以來做一下
請問一下如果把腳抬高作伏地挺身
雖然是練上胸的 不過好像對前三角有幫助吼???
