接觸健身這議題很久了
前陣子開始真正去健身房重訓
朋友有教過 所以姿勢還算正確
想請問一下
練完後隔天練到的部位肌肉酸痛
吃肌肉鬆弛定會不會影響到乳酸分泌
造成健身完的成果被打折扣呢
