練完重訓後第幾天是最酸痛的? - 健身

前輩們大家好
小弟我剛踏入重訓大約兩個月
主要是想要鍛鍊下半身的肌肉
我一個禮拜練兩個晚上
訓練內容如下(前面是次數後面是組數)
史密斯機深蹲 (12-15) * (3-5) 視當天狀況修正
leg extension 10 * 3-4
leg curl 10 * 3-4
還有蹎腳手握啞鈴練腓腸肌 15 * 10
就這樣子而已,但是練完後真的是累趴了
隔天會酸痛,但隔天的隔天比隔天更酸痛,請問這是正常的嗎?
看黃阿文教練的書說到練玩後的第2天就應該不酸痛了
是我過量了嗎?
舉例來說
我禮拜一晚上重訓,禮拜三比禮拜二還要酸痛,要到禮拜4才可以消除肌肉的酸痛
請問是我練過量了嗎?
