練腿跟練肩應該是公認最痛苦的兩個部位沒錯吧...
練腿對我來說
當下的痛苦,會頭暈想吐
隔兩天的痛苦,大概就是平常爬山後鐵腿的感覺 早已習慣
但是練肩就不同了
當下的痛苦 是後面幾組出力時的撕裂感
但是......練完之後
過了數個小時,那種充血感都還在
一直到後兩天..都會感覺無比的痛苦
這種痛苦既不是胸或背練完,乳酸堆積的感覺
也不是練得當下的撕裂感
而是一種說不出來的痛苦,也不是痠也不是痛
但你就是覺得肩膀一直在跟你...對話.?
每次練完回家~後兩天 都會全身無力 感覺血液都集中在肩膀了
有人跟我一樣有這個困擾嗎..練完肩真的好無力 好不舒服 囧
