練背 手臂無力酸痛? - 健身

請問新手(女)第一次練背,做t-bar,滑輪下拉跟划船機
(有請場邊教練指導怎麼使用,教練示範完自己練習)
回家後開始覺得手無力
隔天早上痛醒,手臂怎麼壓都沒痛點(但仍覺得雙手無力),
痛的地方是胳肢窩後方(上手臂連接外側處),尤其深懶腰最明顯,右邊比左邊酸,
其他部位(肩膀後方等部分)也會輕微酸
請問這樣是否是出力的地方錯誤?
我只知道我背很無力,所以練的時候會不小心出到手的力量,
麻煩大家指教,謝謝!
