大家好
小弟通常練背的菜單是
單槓 滑輪下拉 啞鈴划船 CABLE划船 直臂下拉
執行這菜單也一段時間後
好像闊背都沒什麼成長 反而斜方肌成長比較多
檢視一下這幾種動作
應該只有啞鈴划船因為角度比較高 可能吃比較多斜方之外
其他項目應該還好?
還是我應該把啞鈴划船去掉
改用WG一些機械式拉背的器材來集中加強闊背
因為角度固定比較能夠防止斜方代償呢?
