練胸 - 健身

最近開始在健身
其實本身還算有肉 也沒太胖 所以還算好練
我朋友也說我的速度算快
但有個問題 就是為什麼有些人胸肌練起來
是方型的 有些人看起來比較像乳房<不知道這形容詞>
個人是覺得方型的比較扁一點的好看
這是先天嗎??還是靠事後修型出來的??
那怎麼練呢
