練胸練到爆肩膀? - 健身

嗨各位~
小弟最近有個困擾,
我之前因為車禍休息了半個月,之後稍微回復訓練(輕重量)
然後再上上星期完全回復正式練。
但是就在前天看到某大大討論反握臥推比較不傷間的時候,
我自己也稍微活動了肩膀,注意肩膀有沒有問題,
結果發現手舉起放下至頸部水平以下會有怪聲,用手摸則會感覺,有筋在跳= =
昨天練胸就發現肩膀很吃力,果斷練了40分鐘改練腹部...
平常我練胸都很操,很喜歡重量壓死我的感覺(我超M),
所以很喜歡在啞鈴臥推時,把啞鈴壓到最底,
我在想會不會就是因為這樣受傷的呢?
我該休息嗎?(又休息...)
附上我昨天練胸的預定課表:
所有組間休息30秒
Super set 組間不休息,一輪做完休息40秒
上胸過頂舉 50磅 5x10
(Super set)五輪
上胸啞鈴臥推 40磅 5x10
上胸啞鈴飛鳥 20磅 5x10
(Super set)五輪
啞鈴臥推 45磅 5x8
啞鈴飛鳥 25磅 5x10
Dips 自身重量70公斤 5x10
站姿 交叉訓練機 繩索飛鳥 3.5片 5x12
