我自認自己腰滿細的,身邊大家幾乎也都這麼說,
但最近越來越覺得腰細(寬度)好像不是重點,
開始希望腹部的正面稍微有些線條,尤其希望腹部有11字線條。>_<
約半個月前我是每天做仰臥起坐60下,後來看到了某篇文章說要練「側腹肌」,
是要做左手碰右膝、右手碰左膝的那種仰臥起坐(躺著時也是屈膝),
於是我改成了每天做這種50下,也比之前更容易感到腹部兩邊的痠痛感,
主要是想請問我這樣做會有效嗎?需不需要增加次數?
因為我不太想練出有上下腹的感覺,只是想要有兩條線條。(我知道肌肉也沒那麼好練..)
還有因為每天做,會開始痠痛的時間也越來越往後了,仍做同樣次數不知道會不會不足。
另外我堂哥有和我提過要練肌肉也要「少量多餐」,
他的意思是,一次做完不會比分批做,每次間隔一下下好,這個觀念應該沒有錯吧?
話說肚子(從胃到小腹)中間本來就會有垂直的一條凹陷線對吧@@?
好像沒有人在練那裡對不對囧
