練腹肌造成脖子酸痛 - 健身

最近開始想要讓身材好看一點開始練了腹肌
原本是一天睡前150仰臥起坐
前幾天看到部落格之後跟著他的方法
做了不是整個起來的仰臥起坐和TABATA腹肌鍛鍊
但比起一般仰臥起坐他教的我做時脖子都會不自覺出力
做了兩天後脖子兩條肌肉一直酸痛
才剛開始就遇到這種情形有點挫折
想請問各位大大是方法錯了還是什麼原因?要怎麼改善
