練腹部,結果腰痛 - 健身

我是在家裡自己坐仰臥起坐
就是雙手抱胸,腿伸直,在硬的地板上做
一開始都還好,腹部有感覺有練到
但是過了一週之後,每次只要坐超過十下或是接近十下時
只要身體彎起來腰就很痛
但感覺不是骨頭或哪裡扭到
而是整個腰到下背部都酸..但我明明是坐仰臥起坐呀!?
我從以前就會這樣,不曉得是不是哪裡做錯了
精華區有找了一下,好像沒有類似的文章
而現在都改用採空中腳踏車和伸直抬腿 90度~30度來練腹部
不曉得有沒有朋友可以幫我解惑~?
