好久沒來板上分享我的影片給大家了!
之前很多影片都是比較偏vlog,
沒有太多的知識價值在裡面就不想上來佔大家的版面。
但這次練腿的全紀錄我有錄旁白說明我的訓練邏輯和備賽的出發點,
有探討到訓練量、強度、頻率的綜合觀點,
還有營養跟訓練之間的關聯性。
