大家午安,小弟踏入健身房第三週,一週維持5-6練。目前用這台在練腿
目前槓片加上機器初始重量共75 公斤,可以做滿四組12 下,每一下都有蹲到低點。上課
禮拜我是做50 公斤,但是四組做完還有餘力去做腿推、蹬腿機。今天直接75 公斤的深蹲
開局,做完累到沒辦法作別的,在旁邊坐著休息十五分鐘才恢復體力。還是這個重量太重
了?
這是正常的嗎?我本身目前79公斤,182公分
