等下要去吃燒肉
想請問一下蛋白質的來源是
牛肉優於雞肉嗎?
又聽說人體一天只能攝取最多50g的蛋白質
因為每片肉的組成來源很多
那假如我不吃油脂量高的肉的話
大概幾片牛肉(或雞肉)的蛋白質含量就超過那個標準了呢?
這個問題很怪
但是我真的滿想把它弄懂的
